Sincro’s Quality Management approaches mean that we are always seeking ways to improve Health and Safety performance, our mantra is that no business objective takes priority over safety. This means that as new approaches to enhance safety performance develop we are ready to embrace them for the benefit of our work force and all stakeholders in our field of operations, we are always seeking improvement and the only acceptable standard is zero accidents or injuries. This requires that constant reinforcement of the safety message is essential together with regular structured training in safe practices for all of our activities.
To this end the Sincro Safety public notice board has been changed to include data on the number of training seminars completed during the preceding week rather than merely showing updated statistics on safety performance. In addition the new board leaves a space for an inspiring new weekly safety message as part of the process of maintaining the highest state of safety alert.
